At SpinClean, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Answerlyreceptions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and cannot offer refunds for packages lost due to address errors.
